Lostprophets:
Ian Watkins (vocals)
Jamie Oliver (keyboards)
Stuart Richardson (bass)
Lee Gaze (guitar)
Mike Lewis (guitar)
Ilan Rubin (drums. Replaced Mike Chiplin in '06, I believe.)

Can't find a picture with Ilan in, so here he is:

Another band I frequently obsess over being fucking amazing live. But if you asked me what the best live band I've ever seen is, I would say Lostprophets. Oh, and I love Jamie with passion. Ian is also pretty awesome. They are all awesome, but it's human nature to have favourites Razz

And I miss them D: But all this time it's taking to make their album I'm presuming means it's going to be awesome Very Happy Who else is excited for their return?

I really like their older stuff, and I think some of Liberation Trasmition was okay.
But I'm looking forward to the new record. From what I've heard, it's really good.
So yeah, definately looking forward to the new record. I really want to see them live too.
I've heard they're pretty good. [[:

Start Something is deffinitely my favourite album. I'm not sure if I like TFSOP or LT more, but I like them pretty much the same. Ian said that they're going back to their roots, they've done their poppy album so now it's time to get darker again. If it comes out in the new year, which is what they've said is now predicted, then it'll be a year overdue. As long as they do't spend ages and ages and ages shut away in the studio and have something out by at least mid/three quarters-way through 2009 then I'll be fine ;D
I'm dying to see one of their own shows though, but I do as much as I can to avoid seated gigs and the last time they played a venue close to me was seated and mid-week, so it wasn't really worth it. It was also before I saw them, so I didn't know how good they'd be :grr:.

Oh wow, I loved them back in the day.
I still love Start Something.
That album is pretty class.
And TFSOP too.

But Start Something will always be my favourite by them <3
